Can I match Unity and Maya axes?

    Both Unity 5.6 and Maya 2017 use Y-axis as up. But their X/Z axis are flipped.

    Basically, if we use left hands as an example:

    - Unity: Thumb = X+, Index = Y+, Middle = Z+
    - Maya: Thumb = Z+, Index = Y+, Middle = X+

    While there are no golden standard, can I at least change Unity or Maya to make they match?

    (Don't think I want to mess with "Y or Z as up-axis" option.)
