Build Warnings for Each Empty Folder In Project (Bug Case 894630)

I can see that this is being handled by our dev team, but I will keep an eye on this incase I see it happen again

I started using Unity Cloud Build recently and just ran into these warnings, and I see the bug has been closed as not as not a bug because they're just warnings. However, the warnings are incorrect as they state that the folder is missing when it's not, and it clutters up the build log, which is especially inconvenient in the emailed log which has no highlighting to distinguish between errors and warnings. So I consider it a bug and don't believe it should have been closed so quickly.
