Blackberry OS 10.3.2x Cannot Upload Token Anymore [Solved]

    I upgraded both my Blackberry Passport and Z10 phones to the latest OS Version
    10.3.2.2474, now Unity 4.6.8p2 cannot connect to the devices any longer.
    I cannot push tokens or upload application.

    Error: Cannot connect: Connect to /169.254.0.1:443 timed out. Please check IP address settings for the target. You may have to reboot the target.

    Not sure if something has changed with the OS or some new issue created.

    Please can we backport some fixed to 4.6.8x patch releases or bug fixes if no longer your support 5.1x+

    Anyone have similar issues?

    I haven't tested it on 4.6.x in a long time ... I did have to rebuild my debug token in 5.1.x yesterday, and it did upload.

    I'm thinking maybe its isolated to the 4.x branch? I asked a few BlackBerry focused developers I know, but all are using 5.x and haven't had the issue yet. If one of them speaks up to using 4.x I'll shout.

    Can you ping the device? In my experience, if you can ping it you can push to it.
