Any one have any (rough) data on Unity battery usage?

Finally got a windows phone (Lumina 925) and I noticed several games I tried killing the battery (as in from 100% to 10% in less than hour). This is despite the phone in general having good battery life (normal usage only requires a charge every couple of days).

    Hi mate,

I'm not sure if it's working on Win 8 Phones, but you could try setting the Application.Framerate to 30 or 60 fps, Especially if it's a simple scene.
That way you're not pushing the phone 100% all the time.

I have a Nokia Lumia 820 and it looks to me like it's running much higher than 30fps even though I have Application.Framerate set.
When I get home I'll add a frame rate counter and see if it's working correctly.

As I suspected the frame rate went well over the 30 fps I set in Application.Framerate which means the game will constantly be pushing the phone.
    I've submitted a bug report.

Sorry, that's meant to be Application.targetFramerate
