I'm trying to install my app through Cloud Build and it says that it can't connect to build.cloud.unity3d.com

    "Cannot connect to build.cloud.unity3d.com"

Edit for clarity: When I click the install button, eventually a pop up pops up with that message.

but I can connect to the website fine (or else I wouldn't be able to click that link).

Please help. Is there an ongoing issue?

Which browser do you use? How big is the project you download, does it look like it starts the download but it cancels the download after a while?

Safari, it never manages to connect. The project is less than 30MB.

    This is quite disappointing.

What's the stats of your ISP? Can you try a different connection, different Wifi or 3G/4G instead of Wifi ect. ?

I tried on three different networks: public wifi, work wifi, home wifi. They are each run by different ISPs.

And by the way, I am on a Pro license, through having bought a Unity Pro license, so I am paying for this experience. :/

Can you please go to https://build.cloud.unity3d.com/login/me on your device and let us know the User Agent info?

Are you using the private mode by any chance? If so please try it again without using the private mode.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (iPad; CPU OS 8_3 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/600.1.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/8.0 Mobile/12F69 Safari/600.1.4

    What's private mode?

The infos look all right, nothing which has problems here.

Private mode is a mode you can select when you create a new tab in Safari which does hide a lot of details.

Can you please check also if you have enough storage space on your device to actually install the app?

The file is 22.5 MB. I have 409 MB free. I'm not using private mode in Safari.

I restarted my iPad twice and on the second time the problem fixed itself. o_O

Thanks for your patience. Maybe this can go into an FAQ.

We found the issue and fixed it. You should add this to your database..We were adding a '&' character to our project name and that was throwing it off. Dev & QA..changed it back to Dev only and it works. Dev / QA works as well..

This is still an issue @David-Berger . Just had this problem myself, had to remove "&" from our project name and it fixed it

I'm having this problem now. Started randomly, worked fine just a couple hours before.
I don't have special signs in my project name.
    What could be the issue?

I'm having this problem too. About 8 hours ago I was able to download and install builds on iOS devices normally. Now I cannot install builds on my iOS devices.

If I log in to the project on my PC and attempt to download the iOS build (the .ipa file), it works. But I am unable to install builds on my iOS devices.

I have this happening on an iPhone 6S running iOS 10.3.2, and an iPad 2 running iOS 9.2.1

    A global server issue maybe?

    Hi,
    I'm experiencing the same issue.

Occasionally I'm redirected to a webpage that has the following info:

AccessDeniedRequest has expired2017-06-21T[lots more numbers and letters]

    Thanks for any ideas.

Again, same situation. Given the grouping of timings here it looks like its probably a Unity server issue. Will try again in a few hours

Nevermind I've read it's because of the & sign in the project name.
Maybe either fix this or show a warning?

    Hi @Nieles_GH,
Sorry for only just replying now!!
I have logged the behaviour you have reported with the ampersand (&) to the development team for a fix.
For anyone else experiencing this issue, please temporarily change any "&" in your Project name to "and" as a workaround until this is resolved.

I've also encountered the issue with ampersand this week @ollieblanks . Seems it still hasn't been addressed. Is there a thread/bug report we can follow/vote on?
