Animation not importing thumb animation

    Hi,
    Using a Miximo rig Unity isn't importing thumb animation. The rest of the animation is importing fine.
    -I brought the fbx back into maya and verified that the animation does in fact have thumb rotation.
    -We tried having the animation create its own rig, and reference our setup files humanoid rig with no luck.
    -I've turned off animation compression
    -I've verified the setup file humanoid has the correct thumb bones assigned.
    -Thumbs are named the same.

    Any thoughts on how to fix this?

    I know what is causing this but don't have a clue how to fix it.

    If the rig is set to humanoid the thumbs do not rotate correctly. It tried expanding the thumb constraints to -180/180 but no change. Is the humanoid rig set to not allow the animator to "break" the thumbs? Anyway around this?

    Got it.
    Had to set muscle space to 0/0 rather then -180/180.
