    MyCiv is a turn based strategy game like Civilization from Sid Meier.

    It is deployed on Google Play Store (v1.10) and Apple Store (v1.0)

    Nice one! Looks pretty good for a mobile game! :) I would love to play around with it for a bit, but I sadly have no android compatible phone :/ Keep working on it! :)

    Sadly I am one of the few ppl that only have a windows phone and microsoft surface tablet :D But I think I will test your game on a friends device :)

    This looks like a pretty good offering for mobile.
    Consider reordering your images on the product page. The first 3 images are UI images which isn't very inviting to gamers.

    Many people asked for some documentation and tutorials.
    I started to make them, but it is quite long. I'll do it simple, so I can continue the development of features.
    I'll ask friends to translate it in Russian (very demanded)

    Next release will contains this:
    • Small Tutorial
    • Music and Sound volume parameters
    • The blue icon in city " ? " will work and give detailed information
    • Construction list in city will contain every possible constructions, so you can see why you cannot construct something
    • Production point will not be more transferred to the next construction
    And I had a big problem : my computer broke last week, so I had to buy a new one.

    iPhone user here. I think this looks great!

    There's an obvious inspiration from the Civilization series (most notably, Civ Rev, I believe). Does MyCiv have your own twist that differentiates it in some way?

    Also, while you've done a great job making everything clear enough to make sense of, there are a few odd translations here and there. Do you need any help with English localization?

    You are right, I developed MyCiv based on Civilization. For the moment, there is no differences with it, but I'll implement more things in the future. Now, I need to finish and polish basic functionalities (Happiness, Gold maintenance, animation and effects, AI) and then I'll implement more features like future technologies and future units with "Force Field", "Laser Combat', Space colonization, advanced commercial exchange, online playing, customized civilizations, ...

    You are probably right concerning English translation, my mother tongue is french.     I uploaded a patch version 0.54, because LoadScene is very very slow when you deploy your game with an OBB.
    (Without OBB, the scene load very fast)
    I just added an animation, so the user does not think the game is crashed.

    If someone has an idea why, it will help me.

    Thanks for this. It's a great game and we can clearly see that a lot of effort was put into it. Kudos to you.
    I've been playing it for a couple days and the game always seems to get stuck at turn #365. Trying to go to the next turn will result in an endless hourglass animation, coupled with the phrase "AI is playing" (or something similar to that).
    Is it a bug?

    First of all, this is an amazing game and I love it! Second, I have a question. How do you create roads? I wasn't able to figure out that part of the game.

    You can create roads and railroads with Workers, but before you have to search some technologies, like The Wheel (Roads).

    Thank you for the response! I see what you mean now.

    I believe I may have found a bug regarding how the game counts gold. On the majority of my cities I have a profit in gold, however on the main screen it shows a negative. This continuously decreases the total into the negatives.

    Also, the negative amount seems to increase by two for every time I change to a different city management style(balanced --> production).

    Hey man this is a great game so far! My only complaint so far is a lack of instruction. I started the game and made it to about turn 250 when i realized that i was on a island by myself, and when I went to make ships to get some settlers out to other continents.... and well I am on turn 500 still with no clue on how to get my troops or my settlers on a boat. But overall a great game so far.

    To embark a unit on a boat, just move your boat on a coast, then select your land unit and move it on the boat.

    To desembark a unit, select your boat then click on the helm (right bottom of the screen), select your land unit and move it on the land.

    I grew up on Sid Meier games, and you have totally captured them. Just fantastic.

    I just went through my first civilization campaign, and wiped out all my enemies (built Hubble so there's no fog of war left). Is there an ending? Is it reaching a certain technological accomplishment?

    Oh, and a slightly annoying bug is that sometimes when one unit finishes their turn and it switches to the next one, when you go to move the new unit the screen shifts back to another area. Hard to explain.

    Hello Bruno, greetings from argentina, i think this is the best civ game i played on android. even better than CivRev2
    i've been playing since i saw it on playstore, one month ago haha. but i really want to play with a friend, in lan for testing also, i got a few suggestions to add to the game. to make it better, and sorry for my english. Spanish native speaker here.

    Land units can embark in Trireme, Caravel, Destroyer, Battleship, ...
    Each boat has a transport capacity limit and some boat like the Carrier can only transport flighing units.
    Missile Cruiser and Nuclear submarine can transport only missiles.

    To embark a land unit, move your boat on a coast the move your land unit on your boat.
    To embark a flighing unit, move your boat on water, the move your flighing unit on your boat.
    To embark a missile, move your boat next to the city because missile has only 1 movement point.

    To disembark units, select your boat, click on the helm (left of the screen), select your embarked unit and move it on the island.

    I am on turn 314 when I loaded the game all the resources were moved around. So now my mines Etc were on nothing. I loaded some previous versions of the same game and the resources were moved in the same way. Weird.

    Hi. Sorry, I know. I mentionned it in the release note.
    It is because I found a bug in world generation, so I had to fix it to make the world generation compatible on all platforms.

    The bug appears when I build the game in CPP (IL2CPP). Before I built the game with Mono, but I have to build the game in CPP to publish it on Apple Store.

    Hey there.
    Been spending far too many hours playing this :)

    Seeing as it is Alpha i assume you wouldn't mind a few observations:
    Units:
    -Nuclear missiles are massively inferior to nuclear bombs as the latter can be produced in non-coastal cities and still be mobile, be transported on carriers and cost half the production to make.
    (This could be fixed by making a land unit that was able to carry missiles)
    -helicopters can't fly over water, and don't seem to be able to be transported on any vessel either. So can only be used on the island they are created on.
    -there are no transport ships with low power but high carrying capacity. Makes moving armies across water a bit tedious :)
    -using aircraft or ships as defensive units is fantastically powerful at the tech level you research them. Are you able to reduce their defensive power with a penalty for defending?

    AI:
    -buying tech off of them with gold is very inexpensive compared to the income you can generate, making even very hard enemies left in the dust quite quickly tech wise.
    -general behaviour of AI is apathetic and defensive, I cannot begin to imagine how hard it must be to programme effective offensive behaviour though ;)

    Interface:
    -automatic movement is at the end of the turn, that means that any move points "left over" after the auto move is wasted. Have you experimented with having it at the start of turn instead?
    -activating units on ships requires a lot of clicks, any way to streamline it?
