Bug All the time are lost the publishing settings or scene/assets changes

    I have continuing problems in the open a project, and find myself with many uncommitted modifications, even though i had specifically saved scenes with "SaveAs".

    In addition the scenes, are always reset the settings of the project and publishing settings. Always having to set everything up several times during the same development session.

    The prefab, always lose connections with scripts if they are replaced from the inspector. Probably the changes are not saved permanently.

    After several tests I found that no files are updated, but Unity3D only perform the creation/deletion of files.

    The problem seems not to exist if i create or edit the projects as root

    Is this potentially a problem with permissions on your project directories then?
    (Don't run Unity as root!)

    The user is "alfio" in this case, and seems to have the reading and writing permission. The strange thing is that the files are created, but not updated. o_O

    EDIT: The instance of MonoDevelop updates without issue the modified files

    Hehe.. as root i can't export to WebGL, too many errors :D

    After a fresh installation of the 5.6 beta all work good
