Ok thank you, it was my plugins causing me problems as still they got x86 support in them, need be stripped out or Apple will reject..
I'm abit confused, has something changed with this? It will cause me issues for plugins and not sure if need change to IL2CPP?

Have you considered upgrading Unity version, 5.5x is very old now..
Because there attitude is only fix bugs that have been properly reported with bug console Mac Performance is really poor compared to windows also..
