    Hi everyone,

I am working in a new tileset for the asset store, this is the first time I show a work in progress here to get more user feedback :)

I will releasing it soon with the basic set of premade and optimized tiles to build your own dungeon and one animated character to test your map.

I have planned free updates, more tiles, more props to decorate the dungeon, breakable objects, fully animated characters, heroes & enemies (some of the screenshots)...

I want it to be the most complete Action RPG started kit with your help :)

    Some screenshots
    Hope you liked it.

Looks awesome. Although very purple :)
Is that influenced by the lighting?

    Thanks pcg!

Yes, the purple touch comes from the light setup, I will make different lighting configurations in the initial release.

They are some of the best looking dungeon assets I've seen and I like the way you are setting up all the prefabs to make it easy for us lazy devs to build levels.
Have you used this with any of the dungeon generator tools ?

As for future updates, and this goes for all dungeon packs, I'd just like to see a texture variation so I can have one level looking different from another with a simple material swap. Again, I'm a lazy dev.
Although more props are always good.

    Thanks again man!

I haven´t test it with any dungeon generator tools but the tiles a compatible with ProGrid, you can make a dungeon really fast.

The texture variation is a good idea, all the models share the same 512x512 pixel art Texture Atlas, just one simple material for all the dungeon and props :). I will make some variations for the 1.1 update.

If its a simple process for you to crank that up a bit then I would do so.
Its impressive you've managed to get such a good look in a single 512x512 texture but even for mobile I get our artist to create 2048 or even 4096 and then import at a lower res if memory becomes tight.
Good luck with the asset. I'll be keeping an eye out for it.

Actually with it being pixel art you can probably scrap that thought :)

Thought I’d let you know of a small problem with Tiny Dungeon.

I’m a mac user and when pressing play in both PC & Mobile scenes I get a bunch of errors like this:
and the gfx end up looking like a spiders web.
I hunted around for a solution and it appears to be this.
    http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/static-batching-cause-meshes-to-be-scrambled.309903/

So if anyone encounters this the solution is to clear and bake the light maps again.

Thanks you very much for the info, seems like a Unity bug. At least is easy to fix :)

Yup its a unity bug and very easily solved if anyone else encounters the problem.

Definitely worth the purchase and also the best level of post purchase support i've encountered.
    Thanks @VespaWarrior3d
Looking forward to future updates and future assets.

With a of tweak I've got an almost constant 60fps on my poor iPad3 using the Demo mobile scene.
These were changing the materials used on the main level from Unity 5 Standard to Mobile/Unlit (Lightmap) and also Hero material to mobile diffuse.

Obviously there is no Bloom or other image effects in the mobile scene.

So, I took a look at the videos and I have to say, this looks beautiful and damn right ingenious! It's amazing how well everything fits like lego. But how do you make them match perfectly when you place them together?

Looks great! Would really like to see a prop pack to go along with this too though.
