    Still thinking about this character and what kind of a game it would exist in.



    What do you think about the sprinting animation?

    Working on a demon for the asset store, I'm thinking of using emissive maps on the head and "brain"

    I think it's cool, can't wait to see it in action! :-3

    My ONLY critique, if I may, the only thing that you might want to change is the sword up and down rotation swing. Because, since you added no vertical movement to the waist (which will give the character a cool fast running anime feel to it) could make sword up and down motion noticeable, like it's bouncing. Maybe, you could try to make the sword stay at the same angle, or reduce the swing motion, and see if it looks any better.

    But only way to know is in game, though.

    Very Nice clean model. Is 8k really that much for modern PCs? I've tested models with over 30k triangles in Unity editor, and duplicated 200 times before I get slowdowns, and I bet drawcalls are to blame, instead of triangle count.

    My PC is a AMD FX8350 with 16GB Ram and GTX 760 card... not precisely an old PC, but not a monster rig either.

    Dude! That's super helpful. I never would have thought about that. I knew it wasn't perfect, I could feel it. But I think you nailed in. And that's an easy tweak.

    No, 8K is not that much, but my goal is to build models without unnecessary geometry / meshs
    And it adds up quickly :) The Model is for a FPS Tower Defense Game, and there are a lot of these Towers in a small space.

    An artistic dusk i got during the WIP for the new moods module and presets for Sky Master ULTIMATE.

    The clouds are real volumetric particle clouds and work great for fly through.

    Updating the demon for the store, I don't like too much the original head(A), so I decided to do a couple more, what do you guys think?

    definitely not B, and A is just as good as C. The demon is really nice, but B just looks like a fake head or something ;)

    Here is a Dragon Mount - you have to steal a dragon egg ( if you want a dragon that is ) and feed properly then it will grow into this adolescent stage that the player can ride on the ground, feed it more expensive food and the player can earn a flying mount when it fully matures ( This is a Wyvern just one of many dragons in the world )

    More up and close at new art that will never be seen in game, since the camera is so far away :p

    For the curious, This wall computer panel took 80 minutes from concept to completion. I timed myself :D

    I wasnt happy with how boxy the flooring was. It was flat and square. So heres what i did with it. Its the final save for this file.

    Onto new things :D

    Looks like a ninja who can't quite figure out if he's the dude with the BFS in Final Fantasy XV, or a guy who's bad at cosplaying Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII.

    Doing some quick tests in unity, It doesn't have any specular map yet, and the emissive is just a flat red in some areas, but the normals are looking good for me :D

    Thank you mcunha98! The trees range from 700 to 1200 triangles and the cliff pieces about the same 400 to 1200. I'm attaching a wireframe shot so you get an idea. Most of the polygons come from the unity terrain.

    Found some time to work a bit on my TopDown Project. I can make stuff invisible when its colliding with the camera.
    Does anybody know how to fix the shadow so it doesn't get affected?
    Im changing the material directly (_Mode, Zwrite etc.) to archive this.
