    It's the blacksmith assets.

Meanwhile. . . got distracted on raymarching.
trying simple raymarching fog. not as advanced or as good as blacksmith fog.
But hey, it's pretty cheap :p

The sci-fi soldier for the store is almost done, I'm doing the LODs right now :)

Left is LOD1 with 19.000+ tris, (right) LOD2 with 8.000+ tris

Very interesting and organic patterns. Do you already have plans what to do with this in a game or is this more of an experiment?

Its a game. Don't want to reveal much about what kind of game yet because it will be very unique. Next thing to add is probably some procedural clouds in the background.

Made a custom sky / fog shader for my space game. The default ones don't give much artistic freedom over colors.

Haven't posted in quite a while!
    Couple of paintings

Should have done this as a landscape composition, but oh well, started as just a design for the bike but needed a scene, not happy with it in portrait. The pilot, and many other things about the scene look so static, but was a lot of fun to paint so oh weellls

We are just about ready with first release of Power Hover! Here's a short gameplay preview and few screens! Game will be out in December for iOS devices, other platforms will follow.

last few days I've been trying to create a new app icon for the Power Hover, this is one of the failed scenes:

That is a directcapture from Unity gameview, It's so fast to hack things together if you don't have to worry about actually running the scene. Picture works as a beauty shot but fails miserably as a icon. Need to keep on experimenting, I think I will return to work on more simple and abstract icon next.

Making continued progress on my procedurally generated environment. Sometimes happy accidents happen, the stars conspire and things come together to form something attractive. Sometimes not so much. My goal is to try to get it to look `reasonably good most of the time`.

Just got the rocks and procedural sky integrated yesterday. Everything renders with a single shader in one draw call. Trying to get it to generate interesting varied landscapes that also will be 'fun' to play with is generally not too difficult.

I'm using a completely original algorithm that's not based on a typical `noise function`. It's highly adjustable with completely flexible global and local manipulation. I can generate landscapes with a wide variety of 'character', shape, openness, etc, so I'm pretty pleased with it.

My first effort at realtime animated procedural clouds (shader driven), soon to be integrated into the above landscape. Uses my custom method of generating shapes similar to the landscape, not based on a noise function.

I made this little guy as a vector illustration.

    Screen Shot 2015-12-01 at 2.52.30 PM.png

I wanted to see if I couldn't replicate something similar as a semi-3D model. This is what I came up with:

    Screen Shot 2015-12-01 at 3.14.24 PM.png

    And the 3D model:

Working on a simplistic RPG game. Hoping to finish it with a completed story; even if it is garbage. NOT a JRPG, though, don't get me started on those...

Anyways, since it's late and I won't have too much time to work on it, I decided to make a scroll model. Er, and item model, for a scroll.

(Again, simplistic RPG, modeling/texturing skills aren't too great but I'm hoping to learn some stuff about modeling from this)

I also have an Easter Egg idea with this guy, which is the primary reason I made it. Gonna be in an ELDERly man's house, if that gives you any idea. ;)

Finished the silver broadsword for my little game.

Later on in the future if I implement werewolves this will do extra damage, but for right now it is just a powerful sword.

Looks great! Make sure that it scales well with items that have much longer names. Currently this looks like a possible issue. I suggest testing with something like "Advanced Recoil Compensated Silenced Sniper Rifle With Nightvision Scope" to be on the safe side. You could let the item name run all the way to the right side of the screen, move down the top of the right scrollbar a little and maybe add another subtle horizontal line like you have below "inventory".

Getting better at character modeling, rigging, and animating. Finished the first enemy for my game with walk, idle, and 2 attack animations. Very happy with them. I just finished this guy, probably one of the main NPC bases for the game. I'll have to have the female version in the future, though.
