Where can I find a tutorial to Learn how to implement online into my game

Where can I find a tutorial for adding multiplayer elements Into a game.
I know how to make Single Player games and I have made a decent FPS and an alright RPG? However I would like to make a MMORPG but I don't yet know how to implement multiplayer elements.

He was trying to say that you didn't search "long and hard". There are indeed some people who are just too lazy to look up the material themselves or just don't realize the question has been answered before. So his answer was quite...."reasonable".

@KHopcraft is right: I am annoyed as well when I answer a question and several days later same question appears by a different user who claims that he searched "hard and long".
However, you either help a person or simply ignore this thread. I chose to help a person, you chose neither. I am telling this to a 6 year old user who is supposed to know rules better than me!

@thepenguinmaster How come OP couldn't find two of my links in Google search results if he searched hard and long? Maybe it was difficult. But how long did he search before you made this thread? Research skills are important as well. Programmers without Google and Yahoo or any other proper search engine had to read through hundreds of manuals and books in order to find a single answer.
