What tutorials to go through and complete to be able to make this game?

I am currently wanting to learn to use Unity and code with C#.

My aim at the end of learning is to be able to make a 2d stick man game where you can walk around and shoot enemy stickmen who shoot back at you with very basic ai.

Which tutorials would be good to be able to make a game like this in the future?
