What to download?

Hey all,

I waited until today to download anything, hoping the "rush load" would have calmed down by now

When I look at the download page, I see I can download the installer and for windows there are additional downloads:
- Unity Editor 64bit and 32 bit
- Standard assets
- Example Project
- Torrent Download

Soo........ what the heck am I supposed to download? Does the installer (top download link) download and install everything listed above? Do I simply download the editor? I can imagine the standard assets and the example project come in handy. But aren't they already included, like Unity 4 had example projects included in the installer?

Maybe it's because I'm rather new to Unity or maybe I'm simply not yet awake enough, but Unity 4 just had one download option as I recall it. I don't want to "screw" things up with Unity 5

If you have 64bit windows download that one.

Also the standard assets if you want them since I guess they aren't included by default anymore
