I can totally recommend EasyTouch. Very easy to use and good support when I had a question.

 

I noticed GameFlow has dropped its price down to $20 (from $60). I really can't recommend this software enough, definitely worth checking out the free trial version.

 

My next character will be the "Serpent Warrior" (should be finished any day now -- just finishing up some last minute updates to the Blend Shapes [yeah, blend shapes!!]). This will be part of PBR Monster Pack #3, which will increase in price with the update. Not really a "sale" but a heads up that the price will go up $20 or $30 in the next week or two.

(The "Bone Dragons Pack PBR" will also be updated shortly, with new "fall apart" and "assemble" animations, and the "Gargoyle Pack PBR" will be getting a Blend Shapes update too. That'll also be turned into a Humanoid rig, so that other human animations work with it.)

Just watched the video. Wow!

 

Check out the demo first. As I recall, when I ran their demo the performance was horrible. But maybe others will get better results.

 

Will do @magique thanks. Just chatting to the dev now on his thread. He is very helpful. Excellent customer service.

 

The current demo is outdated, but I'll be updating it in the future. If you want to test the opposite end of the scales for performance, you can toggle the options in "Performance" on the UI. For the one-shot effects in the demo, I spawn a real-time light with each instance and don't use pooling explicitly (I'd assume the end-user would want their own system). The light is what kills the performance for those effects (in a real game, you should never be using so many real-time effects even for high-end gaming rigs, but I have them there to show off the included script effects), and I also have several image effects loaded on which can be enabled/disabled using the performance settings in the demo.

When advanced rendering is turned off, the demo switches from deferred to legacy vertex lit rendering mode, along with killing some other quality settings.

 

I will be picking it up tomorrow when get up. So others know I asked @MirzaBeig a question on his own thread re a needed effect and he replied by making a new effect to suit my project. Doesn't get much better.

I have no affiliation with the dev etc etc. Just very impressed.
