Probably been asked loads of times. But could you suggest a good website to get some good voice over for a game or trailer? Say I have a 4 line poem. I would like to get that read by a voice over person for like £20 ($30). That's not bad for an hours work right? Or is it? Would I just get something really bad quality?

I think if you use a computerized voice for trailer it doesn't look so professional.

Reminds me of the beta for Elder Scrolls Online. They used Microsoft's voices for the NPCs while they were finalizing the actual voice actors... and some of the Microsoft voices actually fitted in pretty well. Some were just terrible though.

https://www.voices.com/ is the only portal I know, but I don't know how good it is.
http://www.jeffradio.com/ does good and cheap radio voiceovers as far as I know.

You need to keep in mind that you don't just pay them for the time they spend on doing your voiceover, you also pay for the time of their training and practice, the cost of their education, their audio equipment (which easily can be 4 figures upwards), and their recording studio if they have one.

Paid and unpaid can be advertised here, you can name any price really. I've used them for a few years to find talent and rate them highly.

Voice Acting Club: http://voiceacting.proboards.com/ - good thing is that many people there will do voices for just recognition and credits alone without need to pay them.
