"Unity editor has stopped working"

    Hi,

    I just discovered Unity about 1 week ago, and I've started to watch tutorial, but without even trying to launch Unity.
    And now that I want to run Unity to finally start using it, I can't.

    I'm using win7 pro 64bits, and after clicking on Unity, about 2sec after doing it, I have a wonderfull error : "Unity Editor has stopped working".

    I can't wait to use this software, and I really have no idea why it's not working.

    Yaa same problem with me..
    I tried many of the options people have suggested online to fix it but none worked. :(

    I solved my problem.
    In fact, as I had a cracked version of windows 7 (yay, didn't want win8), it wasn't SP1 version.So, I just upgraded it, and now everything is working well. :)

    I updated windows 10 and unity 5.2.0f3 and not working. "unity editor has stopped working"

    Im also having this problem with unity 5.2.3f1!!! Unity 5.0.2 working just fine!
    O.S: Windows 8.1 64bit
