Unity Editor Extension Version Update Alert

Hi Members,

I am developing an unity Editor Extension. I have two potential questions. It would be a great if any learned member answers my these queries.

1. Unity asset can be updated by resubmitting the Asset Store Submission Tools.
My query is that is there a way to inform the old version users through the Unity tool (message, alert etc) that a newer version of the Editor Extension has been updated to the Asset Store?

2. Is there any other way to delete the Unity Extension other than deleting files manually?

Please guide me and help me.
