Unity Editor doesn't starts up

Hi, I'm using Unity 5.3.2f1 (64-bit) in Win 10, like I often do, and out of nowhere the Editor just doesn't starts up anymore. I didn't do anything, it just didn't start. It gets stuck forever in the blue Unity banner (like the image ). I've tried waiting for hours (not a jk) and nothing happens. Don't want to format my notebook, just because of unity.

I've tried uninstalling unity and installing this version or any other Unity 5x version.
I've tried compatibility mode, as admin, turned off firewall, antivirus.
Turned off wifi, reset router. I don't know what else to do. Please Help. I need it for college and I already have overdue work.
