The subscription

So, I am new to this unity subscription thing, and am curious into asking that if I pay for the 12 months does that mean I own it and never have to pay again for rest of the time being or do I keep paying that 75 dollars a month continuously after the 12 months. Also, it does say I can have the subscription for a minimum of 12 months in which brings me to say that I will have to keep paying that 75 dollars month for the time I use the unity pro program. My question is do I have to pay that 75 dollars only for the 12 months and get unity pro forever or do I still have to keep paying even after the 12 months?

 

It stops when you stop paying. The $1500 option is forever.
