The game is requesting "Making phone call" and "Manage contacts" permission

This is clearly not what Unity can do at all. But when I build Android project, put it in my device and then execute to install, the game asks these dangerous permission at the start. It would freak the players out badly.

I am using Unity 5.3.4, and this sounds like a major bug to me. Are there any ways to fix this?
