    Patch Notes 1.8
    Game Side:
    • Fixed a bug where the NullRefererErrors after-build would destroy gameplay experience (constantly dropping FPS etc.)
    • Fixed a bug where building a game would get error due to namespace UnityEditor. Fixed this by using a workaround for receiving and storing information on SCS prefab
    • Fixed a bug where items would disappear from inventory

    Editor Side:
    • Fixed UI glitches on Environment tab (too long button resulted in a ugly UI bug)
    • Replaced the SCS in the Resources folder for workaround to fix the bug. There is now a new folder called Resources besides SurvivalEngine PRO. Do you have to do anything with it? Nope. SurvivalEngine takes care of it.
    • Fixed the input not being registered in the Player tab

    Conclusion:
    I fixed the most annoying bug ever - building the game would result in errors. And that was due to my asset, which made me sad (meant that I missed something such important). :p
    Anyway, thank you all for your purchases and feedback so far!

    Yes! The only actual limit is your imagination! :)
    It'll help you making a survival game with no necessary coding required.

    Hi,

    can SE Pro be used with uconstruct and inventory pro assets from the store without too much of a problem?

    i know SE PRO has inventory and building functionality, but wanted to know if someone already started with these assets, can SE PRO still be used.

    Thank you all for your purchases so far!
    Next patch that will be deployed sometime next week will include a resubmit to the asset store, as well as some bug fixes and re-written codes.

    I see that some bugs and errors are still persistent in 1.8! I'll be deploying 1.8b tomorrow to fix all those little bugs I forgot to add in the previous patch. :)

    Easily, by using the API you can edit anything you wish and use SurvivalEngine PRO's variables in your own code.

    Hey, sorry I had no time to fix all the bugs yet - I will be doing so tonight!

    • Fixed all the "NullReferenceError"s that populated since 1.8 release!

    Conclusion:
    All the NullReferenceError's that were happening since SCS prefab's location change have been fixed.

    Hi, any news on the missing docs? If you dont have time to patch a new build, please just add on google docs and we can get it online.

    already did the manual fixes for the other bugs, so can wait for the new patch. But need the documentation.

    Cursor locking is an outside thing, since it can be added anywhere in the game. If I get enough requests I can add it.
    Player animation has to be taken care manually since it's more freely for the developer to work around, since it won't interfere that way with any other toolkits.

    The doc will be coming this weekend. :)

    Sorry for the inconvenience, I've had some personal matters to take care of today, so the patch is not done yet. I'll have to continue my personal work tomorrow morning, but when I'm back to my schedule I'll most likely patch it. :)

    The patch, or update, is basically the docs being rewritten together with a few minor bug fixes. I will rewrite the docs that were missing this weekend and hopefully release right after.

    It can integrate with any asset, since it never interferes with other scripts that are being used by any other asset. For tutorials, I need to know what exactly you'd like to know! :)

    You have to animate the character and put in the animation files into SurvivalEngine PRO if you're using legacy animations.

    Hey, I'm very interested in the engine, keep up the good work!
    I would buy it right now, but first I need to be sure of this:
    My game isn't a TPS or FPS, it has an isometric perspective, with a camera controlled by the mouse. So I don't know if it is compatible with the script I use for isometric camera movement, and if the whole system is compatible with this camera.

    I only need the survival parts (health, hunger,stamina, thirst and coldeness and relative pickups items, to be intgrate to work with realistc fps and ultimate fps.. can you please help me with this???

    IF there is still support for this asset i have just purchased can somebody please with :

    NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object i keep getting, this error is from when i try and add a weapon in the sWindow.. I am following the user manuals provided and after i add all the details in the sWindow and press the Add sWeapon Componet the sWeapon script does not add to the FBX model and i get this Error:
