    Hey everyone,

Just one screenshot today, with the HD Update for the Village Interiors Kit in use

All textures received a 2 X Resolution Diffuse, Normal maps & Ambient Occlusion maps
You can have great looking scenes with very little effort.

Here is a screenshot taken in one of the 25 ready to use completed demo scenes

Volumetric particle clouds (true volumes with fly through support) and volume cloud shaping for Sky Master ULTIMATE v2.2.

Local point lights are also supported (light on the left in 2ond pic)

The clouds take only one draw call and have 4 different methods for performance optimization (LOD near/far with smooth fading, spread calcs in frames, calc delay etc)

WIP on Sky Master 2 Weather ULTIMATE module. The system will integrate volumetric clouds, shader based cloud dome, volumetric fog, physically based sky rendering, particles, global snow coverage with special blend modes for Unity trees (mesh and billboard), meshes and unity terrain and many more effects, with complete smooth transition from and to various weather states and multiple presets to be used as base.

@Mister D the first thing that came to mind when I saw it was the Pod Races from Star Wars Episode 1

What would be cool with such basic desert type environments are, "they are basic"
No heaps of vegetation or props. Some cactus types of plants, some rocks and you done.

Maybe a few basic shaped buildings like the buildings that has the same simplistic shapes from Jabba's Palace
, so again a very small footprint in a scene enabling you to do really cool slick stuff on the vehicles rather. and them standing out.

    Just some thoughts :)

    Hi,

The first FREE Update for the Village Exteriors Kit is almost done

    Things to take note of:
    - Frayed edges
    - Dual sided textures
    - Super cool shadows
    - Last pic shows the thatch from underneath, showing lots of the nice detail, which is actually texture,
    reducing geometry

Now just repeating the process and getting the whole bunch into Unity and give it so you all can have more fun with it.

    Hello Everyone!

I'm a long time unix systems programmer and for the last year or so i'm exploring Unity3D for application development. This has been quite a fun journey actually as i find that Unity3D (or game development in general) is quite different from what i was used to do (writing high performance networking services).

So in between jobs over the past year i've been writing this themeable, dockable, etc application gui with a basic (very basic) terrain generator demo. I've written a nice guilibrary around it which allows me to kind of recreate editor-gui like windows in-game with just a few lines of code. Also all menus and commands are automatically generated from c# attributes. Almost no code needed.

Anyway it's nothing compared to the awesome work of other people on this forum. But i still wanted to share it, just because it's saturday :)

Actually the terrain generator itself started out as a Cities: Skylines mod which i've made opensource here https://github.com/tomarus/cs-terraingen

Also the theming of the gui is getting a bit out of control:

This weekend has me working on a cyberpunk city scene idea that I've had for years and having been working on as I have time for it.

Right now it's just a single city block scene without any gameplay. I need to make sure my scaling is right and my idea even makes sense before I go too deep into making a prototype.

    Building assets from Dark City
The gun is from sci-fi weapons pack, though I likely won't use them in the final scene due to the fact they are toon styled and my buildings aren't. It just didn't feel right until I threw a gun model in my camera.

Some of the latest work with InfiniGRASS and the upcoming Sky Master ULTIMATE v3.0.

The grass has a gradual snow coverage feature controlled by Sky Master 3.0 system and it is fit to work with the new Sky Master Ocean module.

I can not agree more :):):) with @goonter
I love seeing other users work, be it personal or commercial projects.
I did not think for one second that @screehotsaturday was for non-commercial work only

As artists, you always absorb to see what the current market favorites, likes and dislikes are
It is in a way market research. I am proud of what I publish, and therefore share it with others ;)

The Village Exteriors Kit v1.0 has been released.
I have a roadmap up of FREE Updates.
V1.1, " Thatch" is the first, it is live and I showed some cool new 450 prefabs of the what has been added.
Believe me, there is a crapload more to show, I am holding back here :):):)

    Hi,

I have released a new FREE package that contains the exteriors for the Blacksmith's Forge package in a lovely handcrafted scene that ships with a cottage, the actual Thunder Hammer Forge and the Stables.

    FREE Blacksmith is available now

There are simple instruction of how to get the BLUEPRINTS scene file that combines the Interiors & Exteriors contents into your project.

It is a very good example of how the interiors & exteriors being used hand in hand :);)

    ** Please note
The Flowers, Horse, Trees and Skybox is not included, they are 3rd party asset from the Assets Store, some are free, others are paid for, links to them are at the bottom of the description on the product page as well

The problem is that you post FAR FAR too many screenshots, at least put them in spoiler tags so that your ~5+ image replies don't need loading every time someone comes here.

I'm trying to look at new stuff, and all that happens is yours (and a couple others) images load one by one and keep pushing what I'm looking at down the page. Does this thread REALLY need all your images? Many that are so close to each other? How much can this thread effect your sales? Minimal would be my bet.

    It is good work though.

Hey @Carwashh Thanks for the compliments

I am really just posting once per Saturday, if others are not using it then mine appear closer to each other.

Many times I come to post on a Saturday and I have to go find the thread on the second or third page for no one came yet or forgotten about the thread.
I do regular updates of my art and release new stuff, so I am just posting screenshots of new stuff, never double posts

    Cheers
