Lets suppose someone did, would you like pointers on how to make it yourself or would you rather get the codez straight away?

Of course if some already made code exist, well...I will go for this. I'm open to negotiate if someone can do this for me.
My experience in dx11 shaders is not enough to make this from scratch. So the main point is: how much will cost to spend time to do some research on this myself versus how much an already made asset will cost.

Atm I just wondering if someone made some research and experimentation about this.

    Cheers

if time is an issue thet buy the appropriate asset
if money is not an issue, the pay a coder to do it for you
if you like to learn stuff and stay the master of your code then do some research..
i think people that spent time and money on this won't just release it as open source

The main problem here is the isn't an asset ready for this (if I'm not wrong).
About your last point: yes, I think that professional work has to be paid. Open source is great but you can't force anyone to work for free :)
