    Slightly scary in a way.

    I cant seem to suggest what is wrong but he just looks horribly disfigured

    His eyes are too close together, maybe a little too high.

    Yeah his eyes, and i would suggest that you make his jawline, in the middle between his chin and ear, just i little bit more round. Just to make it more realistic. Ive never seen anyone with that sharp of a jawline :). Sorry not between the chin and ear but the back of the jaw and the ear.
