I might be thinking too hard about what your trying to say, but I think you are interested in seeding a random number generator? The built in unityrandom is poor. Try a 3rd party class like this one http://www.centerspace.net/sites/default/files/free/MersenneTwister2.zip It has more options. I use this one.
