Yes, it's still active. We just need to finish our UniStorm Mobile update so we can finish this.

Hi just a few quick questions before i purchase this, has this been integrated with loading XP online from a server e.g to prevent XP hacking, and secondly is it compatible and easily edited to work with MultiOnline, if so could we get some documentation to show for this please. and can XP Bar be visual ingame to check realtime Level progression.

Still working on this I hope, looks really promising, will there be support for the UFPS controller by VisionPunk out of the box?
I have used UniStorm for a while now and this would really put the icing on the cake.

We are still planning on releasing this, soon. We just need to finish our UniStorm Weather System updates first. We will most likely have a beta version that will be released earlier and that will have a lower starting price. From there we will continue to polish the system with new features and additions.

unistorm is an excellent Weather system and very realistic kinda looks like skyrim if set up properly, though the rain is kinda bad thats my only flaw need to find a way to change the rain.

We are still very active. You can see our other systems.

We will continue on this as soon as we are done with UniStorm 1.8.1, which we are submitting within the next day. We are very excited to get this submitted and have it become another one of our main assets.

Thanks everyone for being patient. We have updated both our UniStorm Desktop and UniStorm Mobile systems. This means we can continue development with Onyx and get it submitted to the Asset Store.

In order to speed things along, we will most likely release Onyx as an early version. With this early version, we will continue to add new features and improvements.

The benefit to the early version is that you will get it earlier and it will cost less then the full release version.

If you're interested, please let us know. We will try to have this on the Asset Store as soon as possible.

While developing Onyx, we're realizing many of you may prefer Unity 4.6's new UI system compared to the old UI system. Before we go with a decision, we've opened up a poll at start of this thread.

In our opinion, it would actually be easier and most likely look better due to all the new features they have for it.

Please tell us whether or not you'd like the implementation of Unity 4.6's new UI.

4.6 GUI is VERY nice and easy to work with, even for indie developers with little experience with GUI control, 4.6 GUI integration would be a very useful feature, and would allow us to better match its style to everything else we have.

Good to hear everyone, so far, has agreed that Onyx with Unity 4.6 will be better. We've switched to Unity 4.6 and are currently making the necessary changes.

We're hoping we can submit Onyx within the next couple of days, hopefully. With converting to the new Unity 4.6 UI, we are pretty much having to rewrite everything. However, the new UI system is much easier to work with.

You've been getting ready to submit this in the next few days since September/October of 2013. I've given up on you guys and this product.

No, we stated a while ago that we put it on hold due to UniStorm Mobile and Desktop. Now that they are both finished we have started development again.

We have already switched over to Unity 4.6's UI and are in the process of reprogramming for Uniy 4.6's new UI system. It will take a little bit longer due to the switch to Unity 4.6, but we are currently working on it, everyday.

We're just doing a progress update with Onyx. We have switched over to Unity 4.6 and its new UI system. All is working well and the new system is much more flexible. It took a little longer than expected, but we should be able to submit it soon. We're just doing some final tests and optimizations.

Below is the Asset Store version Onyx.

Very cool, nice to hear it's all working well with 4.6, what do you mean by "more flexible" and "asset store version"?
Does this all for more features?
    Is there another version?

More flexible meaning, the system can do a lot more using Unity 4.6's UI versus using Unity's old GUI system. Ex. Using the new Unity 4.6 UI all GUIs can scale to the users screen size and dimensions yet keep their positions consistent.

By Asset Store version we mean this is version, and project, we will be submitting to the Asset Store. This includes all features previously discussed plus a few new ones. We also supply test medals and test sounds. As well as the other GUI's you see in the screenshot above.

We're finalizing the examples and new features coming with Onyx. We have made a login example and a lobby example that gets the player's data based off their login info.

The Onyx system will now work by adding data according to the player that's logged in. You can easily grab things like total xp amount, level, name, ect.

Onyx will also now save xp if a player quits while their xp is calculating. Even if Player A switches to another player/account, and Player B earns xp, the missing xp will still be there when Player A logs back in.

All this was done using Unity 4.6's new UI system. The UI can be adjusted on the x and y axis and is scaled according to your screen size and ratio automatically.

Onyx is complex, but it is very easy to use. Our Online Onyx Wiki will cover everything there is to know with tutorials, code examples, code references, and more. The Wiki will be accessible from within Unity using a drop down tool bar located with the Window>Onyx Ranking System window. Onyx handles all the hard stuff, but has the components to make it as complex or as easy as you'd like.

Onyx Ranking System has been submitted to the Asset Store and is awaiting approval! It fully supports Unity 4.6's new UI system.

We would also like to say that Onyx fully supports Ultimate FPS Camera, Realistic FPS Prefab, and should also support other systems. Adding XP can be done multiple ways via the AddXP system on Starts, Trigger, Collision, ect. This allows Onyx to be universal no matter what system you are using. We have supplied several Sample Emblems for you to use to get your started, as well as a Player Login, Player Card Lobby, XP Bar Screen, and Add XP demos.

Note that this is an early version and the price will increase as we release more updates and features. So, it's best to get it early!

Onyx is currently programmed in JavaScript. However, we will release an update soon with a C# version of Onyx.

We are currently working on the Official Onyx Wiki website that contains tutorials, documentation, example scripts, code references, and more. This is all accessible with the pull down window located in Window>Onyx Ranking System.

    Hey everyone,

Sorry for the delay. Due to the release of Unity 5, Unity was too busy to take a look at our new Onyx System last week. We emailed them and they told us it should be accepted this Monday.

Onyx Ranking System had been accepted and is now live on the Asset Store!

Remember that the price will go up as we add new features to Onyx so it's best to get it early.

You can get it here: https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/31012

When you say Flash support do you mean older versions of Unity3d? We currently have Onyx using Unity 4.6 and I don't believe Unity supports Flash anymore.

Using Unity 4.6, there is no option to build with Flash.

I think by Flash he means Flash-Driven UI tools such as Autodesk Scaleform.

Hm, well that depends on if Scaleform supports Unity 4.6's UI System.
