What are you talking about? You can do all the special mapping techniques and stuff.
I mean granted Unity 5 PBR Shading is way better than Unity 4. Im sure Unreal is PBR Shading.
But, you could still achieve the same look with enough work and time.

    But still, looks great!

Not true. You can get very close to it even on Unity. It is matter of modelling, mapping, preparing materials...

    How many years ?
A good rendering pbr framework and tools costs lot of time. Just take a look at how much time , effort, debug , users feedback it took for UT5 to try to come out finally.

It might not be the next generation of graphics - rather, the current generation of graphics - but it looks very well done and AAA quality.

Don't take this the wrong way but I'm not sure what everyone else is seeing but its definitely not AAA or next gen...

You can improve the scene with :

    depth of field
    bloom scatter (bloom too strong)
    color grading
I assume your using screen space reflections. The light scattering is too strong.
The bump is flat, missing parallax/normal
The edges are too hard, add support edges and smooth it out.
The marble is missing material definition, not reflective enough, and it should reflect color values from it's local environment.
First thing I noticed the incoming sunlight don't bounce like that. The light photons coming in from the window don't bounce/scatter the entire room. There should be a gradually dying off of the photons.

Exactly. I am able to model and prepare such scene in one day. Simple modelling with some lightning effects.

Too much bloom, too shiny, and it is far from UE4 basic PBR and overall lightening.
    Eye adaptation also could help.

Again not bringing you down or anything but if people make thread saying Next gen graphics people are going to judge by that claim and 3 weeks for that scene is really odd mate :)

Actually ... no. But that's because of the heavy bloom and saturation.
You can get a photo to look like this, as well but then you're no longer able to tell how good of a photo it actually was.

Try to match your art to a photoreference or any other (in this case AAA) screenshot you want to mimic. Without comparison it stands on it's own but it's hard to tell if it's "like style X".

IN itself it looks good, IMO. The stone arc could have a little more definition other than being "just stone". Maybe have a few stones that make up the arc itself. The stone pattern could be a little less noisy for my personal taste. The ivy looks pretty good, IMO.

All in all I'd say it looks god but there's still potential to improve. :)

And for the record: I like it much more without the heavy bloom and stauration.

You can improve the foliage with a translucency map. Right now the ivy-leaves look very solid, much more obvious with the second image.
Any skin shader can you can translucency. Wetness, glossyness of the surface is up to you.

The first one is good. The lighting looks pretty accurate. Is that SSAO on top of your existing lightbake? I would remove it. It's too dark.
