New to Unity and the whole 3D world, need some assistance

I've got a very easy concept that i'd greatly appreciate some help to do. I can't figure much out with Unity and youtube hasn't been very successful for me yet. I want a way to Import a xyz. or .msh file and walk around in it with Oculus rift. ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated, please keep in mind i'm completely new to the 3D world and Unity, never worked with any programs like this before, i have lots of experience with point cloud editor programs and can get a complete mesh, just can't figure out how to get it into unity and then into a oculus world. Thanks!
