Network.Connect on Android mobile network?

    Hey, I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with connecting an Android game (client) via Network.Connect to a Unity server that's running on a PC. It works just fine when I'm on the same network (WiFi) as the PC, but when I try to connect to the server that's hosted on a PC via the Android on the MOBILE network, it won't connect. Any ideas? I've read that you can't HOST a server on an Android mobile network because mobile devices have sort of private IP's and are kinda behind a router more or less, but shouldn't I be able to connect to a server from Android? I've ensured that it's not a firewall issue, a friend who is not on my network is able to connect to the server from a PC build of the same client project.
