name above players and smooth network

hi, i'm creating a multiplayer race game using pun cloud
So here is question 1: i want players to type a name and then display that name above the players and in the chat.
and question 2: in multiplayer mode, you see players bumping and teleporting, so i watched the video about creating a fps multiplayer, then episode 6 about smoothing the network, but than he crashed unity completely
what to do about it?

1) you let player select their name, then associate it with photon player name, then when their character is instantiated, add a gui text parented to them which receive this name
2) restart unity

 

ok, but i'm a noooooob, so please give some scripts or something. o hey, about restarting unity: if you do it again it still gives this massive error

first of all, i'm not a supernoob, but i'm 13 jears old and dutch. i've made multiple game's, but now i wanna do a multiplayer.
second i'm jusing unity now for over 2 jears, but the scripting part is dificult, because i have to type everything in english, not in dutch
