Mouse banned after deploying to Samsung Smart tv via Unity Launcher

Hello!i have a panoramic virtual tour app.The issue is that my mouse is banned...i can see the dot but it is lined out, it has no functionality.Any ideas how can i resolve this problem.On pc everything works fine..keyboard and mouse but on tv i don't know how to assign the necessar inputs..i only have up,down,left,right because these keys have the same keycodes on both keyboard and tv remote control.
