MonoDevelop Theme Import Issues

Whenever i import my custom theme i keep getting errors, when i exported the files from MonoDevelop on another computer all i did was move them to my laptop with a USB and change the file type to XML(otherwise they don't show up).
Could someone guide me through this?, its really hard to recreate my theme from just memory.
I've Attached my custom theme, could someone either clean it up or tell me what exactly is causing the issues?

 

Check the errors it gives on Import. It gives line numbers. You are having issues with the weight property of the Styles on those lines.

 

I'm completely new to this and it confuses me and i have no clue what i have to do to get it to import my theme.
