MonoDevelop Middle Mouse Paste feature...

Hey all,

Is there any way to turn off the middle mouse "paste selected text" feature?

I looked through the key bindings and I don't see it anywhere.

Problem:

The middle mouse button on my mouse is extremely sensitive and keeps pasting when I use the mouse wheel to scroll and I know it's going to come back to haunt me. It kind of already has.

If there is no solution who do I file the "bug report"/"feature request" to? Unity or the Mono team?

Too bad nothing has happened on this issue over all this time, it has been affecting me for years and is very annoying. Often times when this bug happens is pastes random text all over the document making it very difficult to clean up. It definitely a bug, and a pretty gnarly one at that, it can ruin new code files not yet under source control.
