Material Design Shader

Good Morning,
I've used for months unity as a game engine with Maya or Max for modeling and skinning but I never seriously dealt with materials and shaders. I'm writing because I saw this game
on a page, and I fell in love for its materials and shaders. I know for a fact that has been realized in unity.
Does anyone know how to get this type of materials / shaders and lighting in unity or possibly in maya to import properly in unity?
