Making GUI and GUILayout coexist in the same render loop! (useful for editor scripting)

Hey guys,

just wanted to share a small post about how to make GUILayout and GUI calls coexist in the same OnGUI loop, this is useful when editor scripting as some calls are not available for both GUI and GUILayout functions.

still. DONT use it when drawing GUI code on Unity4.6+!
