Lowish fps?

    So I am what I believe to be an fps issue in the editor itself. So I am getting via stats
    260k Tri
    520k Verts
    Vram Usage 35mb
    Draw calls 75.
    I feel like this is very very low however I am getting 40ish fps. Now this might make sense on a not so up to date computer however. I am using Octo-core 4.1ghz AMD Processor, SSD, Nvidia gtx 980, etc. Any ideas on what is going on?

    Check if your console isn't getting spammed with errors/warnings/messages.
