Looking for a Third Person Tutorial like Ratchet and Clank Platformer?

Looking for Third Person Platformer like Ratchet and Clank Platformer in Unity that takes you through a completed series tutorial on making a third person platformer.

I know Unity used to have one called Lerpz but i can't find it anywhere

It also has the pdf with all the instructions in it.

Not sure how well it might work with newer versions of Unity as I still use 3.5 due to having an older computer.
