Isometric Building Resources Game Help

Hello Everyone,

I'm a beginner when it comes to programming but i really want to make my own game. I want to start off with a resource game where buildings gives the player electricity. Maybe even a mine or some sort to gain money. Is there a tutorial that can help me with this or even something similar in any way to guide me.
