Is there any limitation of Passing Array to Shader

This is A wonderful feature in Unity5.4.
And I want to know, Is there any limitation of Passing Array to Shader on various Platforms.
For Example, it maybe fallback on Opengl ES 2.0.
Whether the UNIFORM BLOCKS is the implementation of Passing Array to Shader.
