Input lag when using DX11 even with high fps

    On my two laptops (intel HD 4000 and Radeon HD8670m) the fps increase but the input of mouse and buttons is completely unresponsive when i set it to use directX 11 in the player settings.

    both running win8.1 so DirectX 11 shouldn't be a problem.

    even when the frame rate in the scene is over 60 any mouse or button controls are lagging about a whole second behind.

    Animation and physics play smoothly.

    I have the same effect in the Scene view when i move objects for example.

    I have no idea what could cause this or if it is just a bug in unity.

    I am using unity 4.6.1.

    It doesn't happen on my desktop but could be overshadowed by the 400 fps.

    Id like to know if this is a known issue or happened to other people too. It makes working on my laptops impossible.
