Just learned about iAd shutting down on June 30th. I have been using it for as long as i can remember and didn't bother with other providers.

Now, i guess comes the time that i tried my best to avoid!

    Who to go with?

"Correction, the iAd program as a whole is not shutting down. What is happening, is that the similarly-named iAd App Network, which allows developers to advertise their own apps through iAds, is going away."

Why wouldn't you advertise through normal channels? iAds for Developer Apps makes no business sense. Game developers advertising to game developers is like apple orchards selling each other their apples. More Apples from another orchard is not what an apple orchard needs, they need to convert their apples to a commodity they need.

Must be that Apple was saturated with those ads and it kept more profitable ad buyers ads from being shown.

Ah, read the update, and it's a relief :)
So advertising through them is not possible by June 30th, but my App would still receive or display ads and earn revenue. Big relief!

I make way more money through iAds than my App sales! thus the huge relief!
