HOW TO ADD NPC LIKE IN GTA VICE CITY

    i am making this open world game with 3 major cities and it feels empty because it does not have any npc
    i want my npc to walk around just like in gta vice city, so if any one would be kind enough to show me a tutorial on youtube or here that would be gr8t.

    If your just looking for an NPC to walk around, you can make a basic AI that uses way points, look up AI patrol.. That should get you going.. Its very simple, and millions of tuts all over the place.

    AI path finding should help as well.
