    Liggale isn't an English word.

Even if it was, you'd probably have to do a lot better job explaining what you want, as that question would be far too broad to answer.

Legally? You don't use pirated assets….you make or buy all the content….

    Is 'Legal' the word?

And yes, whatever word you meant (including that one), we'll need more information to help answer.

Assuming the work in english you are looking for is "legal".

Assuming your asking here because you want to use Unity 3D.

    1) Download Unity 3D free edition (legal)
    2) Use Tutorials on Learning site and the internet to obtain some basic skills
    3) Create an extremely simple game idea prototype
    4) Use many free quality assets on asset store and built in primitives in the Unity 3D engine.
    5) Potentially purchase an asset or two , or make some yourself with free programs like GIMP and Blender 3D or pay for things like Photoshop and 3DSMax or Maya
    6) Share your prototype with people and observe them playing it. Get feedback. Make it better.

Assuming you've made it this far you have actually already succeeded. The only things left are to iteratively improve your work's quality, content, and other related items until you are ready to release it to the wild.

    Good luck!

@melkior Got the answer in the bag.

Closing this topic to ward of the creatures that live under bridges.
