What are you supposed to do when the Hold On message appears when converting assets?

Usually I just grab my desk firmly with white knuckles until the message box goes away. But that can take quite a while, and I worry that holding on to my desk isn’t enough anyway. I mean, it’s not like it is bolted to the floor or anything.

Also, sometimes one of my coworkers will be at my desk when we’re working on a problem together. What should we do if the Hold On message appears then? Maybe we should hold on to each other for support, but really I don’t know him that well and I think it violates a HR rule too.

What do you do to Hold On?

This is an issue still, can find no documentation regarding the reasoning.

Seems to be reloading the whole project. Looks like for me it did it twice in a row, and now will not come back up from the taskbar. Only option is to force close, and lose all edits
