[SOLVED]Handling Application.Quit with GUI.Button......and going back to first scene

Question all,
I haven't seen this in the forum, maybe because I didn't enter the correct key words to find it, but the emulator, for windows phone 8.1 keeps crashing everytime I press the gui quit button on my pause screen, when I want the application.quit that is, so I changed it to go back to the start screen, then it just hangs up and doesn't reload the scene, is there something wrong with the emulators or something between unity and vs2013......I am using ultimate pro.

 

Something I did wrong with pausing the game, I forgot about this,when you pause the game, if you exit you have to release the pause in order for the game to return to it's original state......sorry for the stupid post.
