GUI for existent level up system

Hi guys im making a RPG, Diablo style game and i already hv my levelsystem implemented. Wt im trying to do is create a GUI that show the currente player level and maybe a bar behind with % of current level and if possible the player health too. cuz i already hv enemy health bar implemented too. Sry if this is not the correct place. I hope somene can help me.
