The editor seems to load flat colored materials immediately after loading the scene, at the same time a GI pass takes place and litters the scene with ugly indirect lighting values.

The issue corrects itself after a change is made to the material.

Here's a video of the issue (webm). While recording I had merely saved and reloaded the project.

EDIT: Notice for a split second after the scene is loaded, the materials are flat colors for a short time and then are corrected to display the proper material (only at that point the GI has already run a pass).

    --Details:
    Unity Personal 64-bit v.5.2.3
    DX11
    Windows 8.1
    Precomputed Realtime GI
Materials are .SBSAR (substance designer procedural materials).
