Currently part of a 3 man team participating in the Global Game Jam 2015 #GGJ15

Theme: "What do we do now?"

Concept: A side scrolling 2D-ish game that has unique mechanics where the player uses orbs of light to navigate a world that as been plunged into darkness. Players must solve puzzles to try and return light to the world, one step at a time :)

Will post more content as we progress :)

Above : Us at 7.30pm (Ireland)

Above: Early piece of concept art

Above: Gameplay mechanics. Players can cycle through accompanying orbs. Orbs can be used to both light the way and to solve puzzles.

Let us know what you think. All feedback welcome.

Are you jamming from home? (looks like it from the photos) Aren't you supposed to be at a site?

Yeah. We only found out about the event fairly later, so decided to just jam from home.

CaoMengde777, its definitely worth doing a game jam at some stage :) Was a great learning experience. We learned a lot and at the end of it we had a game we were really proud of.

Here are some screenshots, and in the morning we will have a web player demo for anyone that's interested.

Please keep in mind it was created in 48 hours

Would love to get as much feedback as possible
